Enerpac offers a non-transferable warranty on its parts through authorized channels and representatives. It is valid for one year from the date the purchaser receives the product. However, like any product warranty, there are exclusions which are at the discretion of the manufacturer; therefore, a damaged item requires prior authorization before being returned.
